Registration
Registration for the Twist 2010 Elite Hockey Camps begins February 10. To avoid disappointment book your camps as early as possible

Early Bird: Register for the Elite HP 8 Week Program before May 21st and
save $261.
Registration Forms
To register you can either submit your registration form via e-mail, or print the registration form and fax or mail your forms to Twist Sport Conditioning. All registration forms need to be completely filled out before submitting.
Method of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, or cheque (payable to Twist Conditioning). All programs must be paid in full upon registration.
Taxes (GST & HST)
Spring Camps- All registrations are subject to 5% GST only
Summer
Camps- All registrations for summer camps before May 1 are subject to 5% GST only. All registrations after April 30th will be subject to the new 12% HST.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds within 30 days to the start of the camp. In the event of an accident or injury, athletes must provide a medical statement from their doctor and will be provided a full credit minus a 10% administration fee. All cancellations outside of 30 days to the start of the camp date will be provided a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
