The Summit is where authentic sport conditioning education comes to life in this action-packed preconference offering. Inspiring lectures and challenging practical sessions that are sure to add new drills and exercises to your toolbox will be the focus of the day, with special emphasis placed on the Twist training paradigm: movement, strength and balance.
